It was like the clash of the titans, the Ohio State University Buckeyes versus the University of Michigan Wolverines. I was in Columbus that day, walking down Lane St. and High St.,seeing nothing but red. We also had the pleasure of having two Michigan fans tagging along. It was fun blackmailing them, we could’ve yelled “Michigan Fan” and they would be thrown to the wolves. It was funny watching the game on TV and seeing a sea of red in the stadium with little islands of blue. Normally, I can’t stand football but, it was so weird, I was able to get into the game. At one point I was even yelling at the TV. The Buckeyes beat the Wolverines and the weekend continued with more football. The next game we watched was the original rivalry between the Cleveland Browns and the Pittsburgh Steelers. As usual the Steelers beat the Browns, but it was so close. What are the odds that two of Ohio’s biggest rivals were meeting on the same weekend.
